GroundReady and Gunfighting Systems and The Readiness Group are proud to announce our new series of Women’s Defensive and Firearms Courses. These courses are designed for women. This introduction to Self-Defense course is designed to provide the essentials of choosing precautionary steps and mental awareness to effectively protect yourself as well as some simple technics to physically by fighting back.

Topics Include:

Predator vs. Prey, Mental Awareness, potentially dangerous places, precautionary steps to take when leaving the house late at night, domestic violence, physical defense techniques, question and answer session
